The interaction between user and technology fascinates me, and I believe that better results can be achieved by involving relevant stakeholders throughout the design process. I have a focus on the users’ needs and a holistic approach to problem solving, which makes me able to plan, coordinate and lead user studies to uncover accurate insights and identify opportunities. During all process phases, I can use essential tools and techniques from my toolbox to analyze data and create implementable solutions.
